I don't know which end to report it, but when used with Multiple Unit Train Control (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/MultipleUnitTrainControl), two-headed electric trains always register as out of fuel.

I believe that it is more on the side of MUTC, as the code shows specific compatibility code for different other mods. So, the developer could add some code for mine
To be totally transparent, even if it was on me, I won't do it, as I am totally busy for now, and probably for a long time. I may take some times to fix bugs, if any, but no new feature or extra compatibility. Sorry for that.
