Mod to have electric trains (Actually hybrid trains :Can work on standard resources as well as electricity)
3 new items :
Power rail (Mandatory to make trains work on it with electricity)
Rail electric pole : Interface to connect wires to the rails.
The rails conduct electricity, as well as wires. So, if you need to connect your circuit+electricity to an outpost, standard long poles are not required anymore. Just connect a rail pole at your electricity center, and anoter one at your outpost
Translation in french and german (I am french, I am supposed to speak german, please feel free to suggest any enhancement... even in french!)
Graphics : They are basically awful, as I am not a designer. If anyone has better pictures to offer, I am glad to take them (and I will reference the nice designer in this post :))

Fix crash with german version
- Compatible with 0.17
- New graphics for the items (Thanks jdogg)
- Fixed: Poles are now blue-printable. However, a ghost cannot be selected, so not removable with a right click. Using desconstruction blue print works fine (Thanks serialk)
- Fixed: Rails wire are not connected when rails are not connected (Thanks serialk)
Option: Reduce the frequency of recalculation, to improve the UPS latency. Value configurable in the options

- All previous functions are maintained (FARL, translated in russian etc.).
- I tried to improve the graphics, but... well, it's not my best skill!

Bugfix due to the evolution of Factorio (No remote declared outside an event).
