b Multi-locomotive trains only receive power on one locomotive

(updated 7 years ago)

When you make a train that has multiple hybrid locomotives, only the first of the locomotives actually receives any power.

Hi Apemanzilla
I confirm... but I don't see the point! Only the one that requires energy have it. Why would you provide energy when it is not in use?

When you have multiple locomotives the train can accelerate more quickly and pull more cars in vanilla, assuming all locomotives have fuel.

Ok, I tried something, but I don't know how to test it. Can you give me a feedback (version 0.0.4)
Thanks

Still doesn't seem to work. Now it's not always the first train that gets power, but still only one locomotive gets power and the others flash the "no fuel" sign.

Same. Would really love to have more than one locomotive.

Any news on this? Since i run trains with 2 locos 4 cargos, this is really needed. otherwise i'll need to stick to fuel trains, since the speed increase / max speed loss is just way too great.
