when using Schall' armour, namely the exo suit, taking it off and on, reset the pickup range, dont know why.leveling up does not bring it all back. odd. (ps.dont ask how many mods I am rolling with) (I do use the reset function to get it back. (dying also seems to reset the lvl-ing of stats, but dont know if thats intently, but then again I also playing with bob classes mod)

Not all mods that changes player bonuses will be compatible... sorry

maybe you could write in a check value after all other bonus are allied, and then look for total, to make sure the level bonus stays active, or something of that manner
