No. XP is earned after the mod is installed
If you have other mods like crafting speed research installed will it reset the bonus when you install it?
if the other mods use character_crafting_speed_modifier, than yes, it will reset
@devilwarriors To clarify, research applies to a force, not to individual characters, so it shouldn't collide.
