g Spell casting needs a buff

(re-edit to remove as much negative criticism, because i quite enjoy this mod)
I feel like a couple of these spells are both under powered and way over powered. mostly the belt spells, specifically underground belts versus regular belts. for 60 mana you can either get two yellow belts, or two underground belts, UG belts providing around 4 belts worth of travel, making regular belt casting seem mostly moot.

I suppose casting a belt for free is kind of over powered but early on say below level 10, you're already going to be making a lot of belts yourself, and DEX has duplication chances, even if 5 levels of dex is maybe like .1% chance, your making them faster with resources you're already getting to do exactly this.

I just noticed this same issue. If the underground stuff cost X MP, then the base level stuff should cost less, or give you more.

Ok, that kind of was the suggestion. All the non-underground belts/pipes should cost like 25% of the underground versions.
