This issue has been temporarily fixed in version (1.0.90) , and I know what caused it. This MOD Attach Notes has added an item named "water", which is the same as the fluid name "water". I have looked at this MOD and you can continue to use this MOD without causing any data errors.
I will completely fix this issue in Factory 2.0 version.
