You start on a small island surrounded by lava with no ore patches and no traditional mining. Everything is extracted from lava using chemical plants. Land can only be expanded through research. Requires Space Age.
To repost what Chewie mentioned, you can't put storage tanks and train tank cars in rockets, so how are we supposed to get them onto ships (tanks) or onto other planets (trains) if we can't transport them?
