You start on a small island surrounded by lava with no ore patches and no traditional mining. Everything is extracted from lava using chemical plants. Land can only be expanded through research. Requires Space Age.
Oil icon shows the oil to gas split, might make more sense for it to just be a black oil drop or coal above the oil drop to show what it is doing, or use the coal extraction icon from SA.
