Basically Title. The I key conflicts with the InfotrormaTron info guide. I also wasn't able to find documentation saying that I is what controlled the Orbital Ion Cannon GUI window, so it took quite a while to figure out how to close it.

A mod can not check if a key is already in use.
Anyone can set the keyboard assignment as they wish.
and it is also in the list of the setting which mod uses which keys.
So what are you trying to tell me? Any suggestions for improvement?

You can click on the button added at the top of your screen (or use the hotkey, "I" by default) to check on the status of your ion cannons in orbit.

I see. I have failed to investigate all options in factorio, and failed to noticed the Mods section in Controls Settings. My apologies for reporting a non-issue.
