I tried to use it in vanilla game and as every assets are there (like recipe of ion cannon ) but when I send it to space I can't shoot it and game tells me that there aren't ion cannons available

what exactly is not working? what are the exact errors?

There is no info about anything, rocekt with cannon just fly and thats it

in Factorio 2.0.30 and the new version it works again

Still I dont have any message when launching cannon to space and I see 2 things now that may be problem on my site. First is that I still have version 3.8.5 and I cant get 3.8.6 (I tried even reinstaling) second I am not sure if I can be this but I am testing this on creative mode with editor extensions so maybe one of those things could be a problem.

How could it be! The bug is fixed in 3.8.6, if you are still using 3.8.5, you cannot expect it to be fixed there!

you did not write which error occurs when you install 3.8.6. do you have Factorio 2.0.30?
