I have in my game a space station based in GDI's GDSS Philadelphia, would have sense (and I would love) that ION CANNON be a feature that have to be build and launch from space stations.
it has to be (at least the Mk2)
if you mean the installation, then you would have to supply the Ioncannon itself with power, because the 200 solar panels do not fit on a ship
but I will keep the idea in mind.
