I have the Rampant Arsenal additional technologies disabled on my server and it's causing this crash:

270.398 Error ModManager.cpp:1560: Error in assignID: technology with name 'rampant-arsenal-technology-energy-weapons-damage-6' does not exist.

Source: orbital-ion-cannon (technology).

The vanilla research should be normal however, so guessing it just needs to check for the existence of the RA specific research and use it, else fall back to the vanilla research.
