The encumbrance mechanic doesn't account for items in the logistic trash slots, so they can be used to circumvent it entirely.

I thought about this, but for the moment at least I'm ok with it as it is. The way I view this kind of issue is, if people want to circumvent it then they know what they are doing. If I did count what is in the trash slots, someone could work around that by making another mod of various types or even easier, change the initial settings so that it effectively doesn't come into play. Basically I'm not in the camp of thinking I should go out of the way to prevent people from using the mod in unintended ways.
