Cubium is the only mod I know of that does this. It has a repeatable (Cubic Science Productivity) that improves the productivity of it's cube-boosted science recipes. The enhanced versions of this recipe are not added to this productivity research.

If it is not possible to automagically find all productivity researches for each science, you should just be able to add any science recipe with a microcube in it ("energized-microcube" or "inverted-microcube") to "cubic-science-pack-productivity-infinite". It has +3% per level.

Just checked, and secretas&frozeta adds a science pack productivity repeatable (science-pack-productivity) that includes all recipes, except the enhanced ones.
