I have found a fix to your tile transitions to make them look much more natural.
You have all your tiles in the same layer (3), preventing their transition from working.
Change igrys dirt to any layer greater than 3, something like 10 will do.
change igrys dirt 2 to any layer not equal to 3 or igrys dirts layer, 11 will do.
You will now have correct tile transitions.
