In VariantCopper.lua, igrys-electronic-circuit and igrys-copper-rail use the key recipe_category which doesn't look like it exists, so both recipes default to crafting. In the case of the circuits, that means they can't be crafted in the electromagnetic plant. They should both use category = instead of recipe_category
