It doesn't look like a mod conflict but just in case here's the list: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17XbWsYC2U3Jkl11ZQ-TUHzExB-wQVB_o/view?usp=sharing (This is a text file from the ModMyFactory manager. Shouldn't be much different than a regular factorio mod list file.)
The bug doesn't appear with the previous version of hovercraft (1.1.1) in the same modlist.

Thanks for the report ! It only happens when Armor Plating is there, so that's why I missed it. It will be fixed in a few minutes.
