It seems this mod changes the size of the collision box of different wall types like: stone wall, spiked steel wall, concrete block wall and also of some chests. As a result, when these objects are placed at a specific location along a rail curve, they cause a collision with a train.
(In my case, construction robots kept repairing the damaged wall so that the train got "stuck" until the fuel was used up. That's why I noticed this problem.)
