At least with Rampart, you got biters walking on water (not vanilla ones). Other board:

Seems like some effect from the things in
data-final-fixes.lua
For some reason, your mod seems to ignore the Rampart (and maybe other modded biters, like bobs)...

Update:
There is a missing dependency in info.json causing a race condition on load. Adding "? Rampant >= 0.17.0" to the dependencies helped.
Funny fact: In the (old) github branch it is there, in the release it is missing.
