Hi, it seems I cannot find the space platform cargo bay anywhere except in the /editor. I think you forgot to add the recipe to a technology.

Thank you for reporting this. After a save was loaded, the space platform cargo bay technology did not properly re-enable its recipe, so the cargo bay was unavailable even to forces that had already researched it. This has now been corrected: when you next load your save, the cargo bay recipe will be available again for any force that has researched the technology. The fix will be included in the next update.
