b [Fixed on 1.8.139] Crash when used deconstruction planner

Happened less than a minute after I deconstructed apple trees using deconstruction planner and with Construction Drones mod (a few others) enabled, not sure if that caused it.
Error while running event FoodIndustry::on_tick (ID 0)
LuaEntity API call when LuaEntity was invalid.

I deconstructed apple trees using deconstruction planner.
..., not sure if that caused it.

I think that this is the problem. What are the exact trees you are deconstructing? Young or adult, or seeds? Please clarify.

It had 8 apples each so I think it was fully adult trees.

I reproduced the error and it seems to have fixed it. Wait for the next update.

Try 1.8.139.

Using 1.8.136 my game crashing withing seconds of loading my save, switching to 1.8.139 I then have no issues so it would seems as if your fix worked and the crash no longer occurs.
