g Refilling flask with Pure Water Bug (by hand)

So I'll make a note that Pure-Water isn't in RSO (Resource Spawn Overhaul) I've added a comment asking for it to be included which it isn't right now (Just checked and got error message about missing entry for it).

When using the vanilla map, however, the Pure Water refill does not wor. It says "this recipe cannot be crafted by hand" and consumes the empty flask item (0.18) latest version. It could be because I'm also using the Bob's mods? Would it help if I send a screenshot or anything?

First, save the game where this error occurs and show me the save file. There I can see the versions of the game and installed mods.
