I don't know why is this happening, I have tested it and nothing weird has ever happened. Could you provide more info? Was the world started with earlier version of this mod?
Ok, the bug happens every time you update the mod, but i don't know why. I think it's caused by the game's code, not mine, so I'll try to contact the devs.
