Added "Cheap Research Mode": reduces the cost of all game research by 75% (excludes infinite research). Crude oil now uses a finite quantity model rather than yield percentage (no longer infinite fluid). Offshore pumps can now be placed anywhere, provided compatible fluid is nearby (water fill recommended). Water Ores: Ore patches can now generate on water tiles. Reduced tree collision to near zero. Vanilla pump performance reverted to 12,000/sec. Big Electric Poles and Lamps can now be placed on water. Big Electric Pole range extended to 64 tiles. All fuel values increased by 4x. Radar range is now configurable, with a default of 3x vanilla. All miners in the game are now significantly faster, with configurable range and speed. Roboport range is now configurable with a default of 2x vanilla. Robot battery capacity greatly increased to prevent pauses during tasks.
