Hmmm, Perhaps you can make a Smart inserter mk4? As there is no alternative to a filtered bulk inserter?
Whilst the Smart inserter mk3 is fast rotation speed, it's obviously not moving stacks of items

sweet. I think I was blind, or a change was made and bulk inserters allowed to have filters normally. Unsure if this is intended now :)
