   Steam engines don't get steam from the bottom port.

1. Description
   Steam engines only appear to allow steam to be an input when connected to the top/NORTH port. the south port does nothing and the steam engines don't generate any power

Expected Behavior: Steam engines can be tileable
Actual Behavior: Fuck you, get creative with your pipes :D

1. Steps to Reproduce
   Place steam engine
   attempt to connect steam supply to south port
   laugh
   cry alittle
   ponder life
   connect pipe to the north and continue crying
