Krastorio 2 integration removed until it updates to 2.0

Simple mod to add Krastorio 2 (when it's installed) equipment grid to electric locomotives from Electric Trains and allow to change locomotive stats to be more in line with other mods that you might be using, or to just make your electric trains really OP
