Can you give a setting on start up to be half way reasonable? Like.. not 5 times faster than Nuclear?

It's a fuel made exclusively for only 2 vehicles one of them is actually a modded spidertron. Spidertrons have a soft cap on speed but I wanted a faster plane, my solution was to reduce the car's speed and give a speed bonus to the fuel, It's not an ideal solution but it's the simplest one I found
If you think the car is way too fast I can reduce its speed a bit more

No mate, my bad. Im sorry. i had not got them built yet, and was going by just the speed factor. i have researched and built them now and it is in line with everything else. Good game.
