Changes:
- Set Fish Farming and Sustainable Harvesting recipes to always produce fresh results.
- Moved item sorting order around a little. The biggest one is the Biodome will sort together with the Agricultural Tower if Space Age is active, and with Assemblers otherwise.
Bugfixes:
- Added fluid categories to Wood Gas and Fish Oil. They should show up as signal choices now.
- Updated Biodome entity definition to 2.0 (finally). As a result, it now supports Modules, like was always supposed to.
- Fixed technology icons. They shouldn't overflow their image image windows any more.
