Migrating from Ghost Scanner or Ghost Scanner 2

1. Enable Alert Scanner AND Ghost Scanner (2)
2. Afterwards enable the startup setting "Convert Ghost Scanners"
3. When loading the save, all ghost scanners should be converted automatically.
4. Ghost Scanner can now be removed (or not, they do not conflict)
