Who wants to go planetside? It's dirty and disgusting, doesn't support engineer life, and has an unpleasant smell. Why not instead grow the factory from orbit?

In my current save, module ghosts in machines are not getting delivered or removed. It worked before but now stopped. I currently have no idea why, does anyone got a solution for me?
