Who wants to go planetside? It's dirty and disgusting, doesn't support engineer life, and has an unpleasant smell. Why not instead grow the factory from orbit?

I might be wrong but is this supposed to be 150 instead of 1500? 150 would more closely match the tech cost of adjacent and following research. Also without thrusters gathering that amount of resources is unrealistic.
