building gets xp from working and level up
Mods introducing new content into the game.
New ways to deal with enemies, be it attack or defense.
New Ores and resources as well as machines.
Furnaces, assembling machines, production chains.
when use copy to create entity,the new entity will copy the old level and cant get any exp
it's been fixed long ago, what version you're using, if still happening care to share the save file?
in latest 41 version,still have that problem

when copy a mine it have level but dont show exp,only when you add some mode and restart,it start show exp but 2 level mine show start with 0exp
