Every building gains experience from working

Configurable:
- increase power consumption multiplier
- reduce speed (mining, crafting, research) multiplier
- increase pollution multiplier
- only creates level for last tier machines [ fix 65k limit ]
- show current exp for the entity, when you close the gui for lab and mining-drill. (screenshot)
- max level
- max range for turrets
When a building level up gains:
- faster crafting, mining or researching speed
- more slots
- productivity bonus
- more pollution
- higher health
- lower cooldown
- higher attack damage
- higher attack speed
Planned:
- better integration with ( https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Turret-Shields)
- better prototypes handling, reducing usage
- visual feedback for level
Maybe implemented:
- exp for pumps
- exp for solar plant
- exp for roboports
Produced items get stored in memory when deconstructing buildings and are reapplied on building, now you may re-factor your factory.

- some locale/translation aren't working.
Incompatibilities:
Can't use with https://mods.factorio.com/mod/factory-levels
this is configured for my taste, it has slow start, as it decreases every machine speed, you may configure it.
this increases pre-burner // burner era by few hours
i do use RPG System and alien loot economy to enhance machines
