With https://mods.factorio.com/mod/WireShortcuts active, green wires are not available as normal items without scripts, preventing crafting Marvin.
Would it work to make that component of his recipe be (a smaller number of more expensive) combinators instead?
I belive wireshortcut has a mod setting that reenables the craftable red and green wires
