Modifies several early-game recipes to require the previous tier when they otherwise didn't, with settings for each of the following: electric/steel/stone furnace, electric/burner miner, electric/burner inserter, and steel/iron/wooden chest. Additional compatibility with Gotlag's Electric Stone/Steel Furnace and Muluna's Steam Steel/Stone Furnace.
