Adds 20 PVP/PVE scenarios. Includes tons of admin options, diplomacy, team management, survival waves, a market system, and some solo compatible modes.
Running under Space Exploration scenerio, creating an import offer creates an offer, but unable to fulfill the offer, and unable to manage / remove the import offer. Or at least, I'm not finding it.
