Slag Pit

Adds a slag processing recipe and the Slag pit to process lava into raw resources, helping you get started on Vulcanus without access to the Foundry.

Slag pits output randomized semi-molten glowing hot slag onto belts, that need time to cool and become usable as raw ores.

This is intended for use when starting on Vulcanus with alternate starting planet mods like Planet Picker or Any Planet Start.

Warning: Early implementation, some graphics missing.

(Specifically the west, south, and all flipped variants of the slag pit have not yet been finished.)
