Do you feel bored building the same science setup? If so that try this mod. The mod randomizes the science pack recipes and as such offers a new and refreshing gameplay experience. The recipes have been crafted to ensure that game is completable. Additionally, the mod offeres a variety of setting to tweak those recipes and keep the engineer on his toes.

Red science is 160 water, made in a blue assembling machine. Need Red to unlock blue machines. Tried restarting same recipes, anyway to change them?

I had used "0" in random seed setting, after changing to "3475" it seems to be good now.

Bug-Fixing

The mod use it own random number generator, that is not tied to the world generated. As such the map exchange string does not provide much of usefull information. I would like to know a bit more about your setup to understand how this bug came to be.

  • What setting were ticked int he setting for this mod?
  • What other mods did you use?

Solutions

As for fixing I am going to do a writeup on the mod page and its client description.
You can generate a string using the ingame gui in the top left corner. This string is not encoded, its plain text, and can be easily read and edited.
