Bug-Fixing
The mod use it own random number generator, that is not tied to the world generated. As such the map exchange string does not provide much of usefull information. I would like to know a bit more about your setup to understand how this bug came to be.

Solutions
As for fixing I am going to do a writeup on the mod page and its client description.
You can generate a string using the ingame gui in the top left corner. This string is not encoded, its plain text, and can be easily read and edited.
