Sorry about the delay, this was indeed a bug on my end. I had fluorine gas on the blacklist of of fluids to not be recycled into solid form, probably because realism or something silly like that.

I might need to think about a more permanent fix for that issue in the future, in case any other mods start using things like thruster fuel or oxidizer as part of their recipes (those fluids are also on the blacklist). But for now, should be fixed in v9.0.23

Technically speaking, that recipe doesn't resurrect anything, it's more accurately un-creating life (by turning amoeba back into "Dea Dia Air" and fluorine gas)
