I'm not sure what this means. Google translates "玄冥星" to "Xuanming Star", which I don't recognize as the name of anything in Factorio. Is this added from a mod? Or is it the name of one of the unique planetary science packs?
From my testing, the only science pack which could not be recycled, is the "Cryogenic science pack" (dark blue bottle, comes from the fifth and final planet, just before reaching the edge of the solar system). This is because the recipe for that item also produces "hot fluoroketone" (dark green fluid with red border).
If you were able to recycle the science pack by itself, it would produce free "cold fluoroketone" (dark green fluid with no border), so you would have the "hot fluoroketone" from crafting the recipe, PLUS the additional "cold fluoroketone" from recycling it; this does not seem balanced.
