Were you able to get this working? I recently uploaded a fix that should have allowed 'rf-solid-thruster-fuel' to exist, if required by a recipe from another mod. If there's still an error, I would need to know which mod added the thruster fuel barrel (though I can imagine it being the More Barrels mod)
