For example:
Utility Science requires 2 Processing Units, 1 Flying Robot Frame, and 3 Low Density Structures and results in 3 Utility Science Packs.

The expected behavior is that it would require 3 Utility Science Packs to begin the recycle and produce 2 Processing Units, 1 Flying Robot Frame, and 3 Low Density Structures.

However, the recycle is allowed to happen with only a single Utility Science Pack and produces the full 2 Processing Units, 1 Flying Robot Frame, and 3 Low Density Structures. Effectively giving you 3x the materials.

Might need to know what mod settings are being used if not default, as well as space age enabled or not, and possibly any other mods, because I'm not getting this issue with pure vanilla, default settings, no space age.
