Hm, that's an unusual place to crash. Line 112 in data-final-fixes just changes the output slots of the recycler to be equal to the maximum ingredients used in a recipe. The only way for it there to be a nil value in that line is if the machine doesn't exist, or if the max_results number became corrupted somehow.
This is definitely being caused by another mod though, since it's working perfectly for me in my current playthrough, so would need to check the modlist to know for sure. There shouldn't be any issues with most of the big mods out there, unless something has updated recently and broken things.
