Apparently, fluid recycling entirely was broken; I needed to set the input to a lower level than the pipes, otherwise fluids wouldn't flow into the input of the machine. Should be fixed, although I might need to lower the input maximum (currently 1000 fluid, which matches the output pipe; which was necessary to fix an error from here)
Fluids should recycle normally as of v8.0.2
