Didn't realize there was a load error, thanks for pointing it out. I completely forgot that I had some specific code in place for Industrial Revolution that completely broke with their latest update.
Fixed the load error, and slightly changed the recipes (simply copies from assembler 1-3 and arc furnace + previous tier). Not sure about the balance or anything, seems to be a bit of a jump from tiers 2 to 3, and not much of a gap between 3 and 4. But it loads, at the very least.
