Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Changes to enemies or entirely new enemies to deal with.

The original mod had a mention of rampant in one thread https://mods.factorio.com/mod/research_causes_evolution/discussion/5c96296d43820f000b8a378d. She was resolved.
I assume everything should work fine. I have not personally tested. You can be the first.
