Would it be possible to allow the same item as output multiple times? I wanted to add a guaranteed output and an additional percentage output to some recipes.

Absolutely, it's certainly possible.
However, I made the naive assumption that all entries would be unique, so I have some refactoring to do in order to support that.

I'm a little confused, are you saying you're getting an error right now? Or you want to make sure you don't get an error, and you're asking in advance?
If you're currently getting an error now, can you post the error message? That way I can take a look and see if I can fix it so you don't have to worry about avoiding anything.

Of course, the problem is that I have more than 26 modified items, and figuring out which one is takes me a long time... It's uncertain to know which one it really is.
