Would it be possible to either limit furnace recipes to one input item or ensure that the furnace has enough input slots?
That would be great.

Furnaces can only have one item and/or fluid as an ingredient for their recipe selection to work, so I'll have to limit that in the GUI.

The mod at least claims that it supports multiple inputs.

That mod does some trickery behind the scenes to convert furnaces into assemblers internally, they just look like furnaces still.
It should be compatible with my mod already, but let me know if you find anything wrong.
